PT PLN Nusantara Power faces problems of delays and availability of coal stocks that have an impact on the operation of the PLTU power plant. This study aims to develop a conceptual model in the utilization of calliandra wood biomass as a renewable energy source which is a strategic solution to support the energy transition and reduce dependence on fossil fuels in the electricity generation sector. The study was conducted by refining the existing model, namely applying the biomass supply chain by considering biomass production constraints, storage capacity constraints, bioenergy production constraints and demand constraints. This study is to develop an existing model related to Decision Variables. In addition, the model developed specifically integrates the objective function of the total annual cost of the Biomass Supply Chain, C. The total cost includes production costs (PC), transportation costs (TC), storage costs (SC), and revenue from bioenergy products (RP).
